1. By taking part in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including all entry instructions.
2. The competition will open on Tuesday 21^st February 2023 at 12:01 (UK time) and close on Friday 31^st March 2023 at 23:59 (UK time). After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
3. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be over the age of 25. The winner will be contacted after being chosen and will be asked to provide identification (this is so winner’s age can be verified), plus consent for their photo entry to be published by the Promoter on Foxy Bingo social channels. By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to this requirement. 
4. This competition can be accessed via @Foxybingo Instagram page and @Foxybingo Twitter page.
5. To enter the competition, entrants must:

1. access either Twitter or Instagram;
2. follow/like @Foxybingo; and  
3. upload a picture or video of themselves showcasing their mullet hairstyle using the hashtag #FOXYMULLET.  

6. Entrants must have a public Twitter or Instagram account for their entry to be considered. 
7. Pictures/videos must be current day and of the entrant only.
8. Pictures/videos will not be accepted if photoshop or AR filters are used. 
9. Pictures/videos will not be accepted if they contain anything inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or obscene. 
10. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
11. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this competition.
12. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
13. The competition will only have 1 winner who will be chosen by a panel of independent judges on 1^st April 2023.
14. The prize for the winning entry to this competition is: 1 x £2,023 Gift Card (the “Prize”).
15. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via Instagram DM or Twitter DM within 24 hours of the winner being chosen to be notified of the win (a “Winning Notification”).
16. The winner must respond to the Winning Notification within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize plus provide identification and any additional data required for prize fulfilment. Failure to respond to contact within 48 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit. In this instance, another winner may be chosen to receive the Prize.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner from the competition. In this instance, another winner may be chosen to receive the Prize.
18. Once age and identity are successfully verified, the winner will be required to submit a form consenting to their photo/video being shared by the Promoter on Foxy Bingo’s social media channels. With the winner’s consent, the winning entry will be shared by the Promoter on Foxy Bingo social channels within 72 hours following age and identity successful verification and receipt of signed consent form.
19. Any data provided by the entrants and the winner shall be treated in accordance with Foxy Bingo’s  Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.
20. The winner’s data shall be shared with a third-party provider for Promotion administration purposes. The processing of personal data from the third-party provider shall be governed by their Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
21. The Promoter will keep any personal information provided as part of an entry for a period of six (6) months after the Promotional Period ending.
22. Entrants can exercise their data privacy rights and/or withdraw from the promotion at any time by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

GENERAL TERMS  

24. The Promoter of this competition is LC International Limited whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.  
25. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to this competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour. 
26. Our competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. 
27. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: a. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this competition; b. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; c. to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from competition participation or the acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this competition, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure. 
28. Where the Promoter suspects that any entrant or nominee is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that individual from the competition, and/or suspend the competition pending further investigation. 
29. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
