1. By taking part in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including all entry instructions.
2. The Live Streams will start on 29.10.23 at 12:00 (UK time) and finish at 15:15 (UK time) (the “Promotional Period”). After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
3. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be over the age of 18. The winner will be contacted after being chosen and will be asked to provide identification (this is so winner’s age can be verified) By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to this requirement.
4. This competition can be accessed via the @Foxybingo Instagram page. and will include the following:
   1. Spot the Golden Ball
   2. 5 In A Row
   3. Bingo Callouts
   4. Guess Where
5. To participate in the competition, entrants must:
1. access Instagram;
2. follow/like @Foxybingo;
3. watch the Live Streams starting at 12:00 (UK time) on 29.10.23;

“SPOT THE GOLDEN BALL” SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

6. In order to participate in “Spot the Golden Ball”, upload a picture/video of the Golden Ball in the stream to your Instagram story and tag @FOXYLIVESTREAM before 15:15 (UK time).
7. Four Live Streams will take place on 29.10.23: one at 12:00, one at 13:00, one at 14:00 and one at 15:00 (UK time). Each Live Stream will last fifteen minutes. During one of these Live Streams a golden bingo ball will be dropped into the stream (the “Golden Ball”).
8. Entrants who have successfully uploaded a picture/video of the Golden Ball before 15:15 (UK time) on 29.10.23 will receive an entry to the Golden Ball prize draw taking place on 30.10.23.
9. Entrants must have a public Instagram account for their entry to be valid. 
10. Pictures/videos will not be accepted if photoshop or AR filters are used.
11. Pictures/videos will not be accepted if they contain anything inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or obscene.
12. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
13. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this competition.
14. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
15. Entrants can receive a maximum of one entry to the Golden Ball prize draw.
16. The Golden Ball prize draw will only have one (1) winner.
17. The winner of the Golden Ball prize draw will receive a voucher worth £20,000 (the “Prize”), redeemable at Prizeshark.com (the “Prize Provider”).
18. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours following the end of the prize draw, to be notified of the win (the “Winning Notification”).
19. The winner must respond to the Winning Notification within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize plus provide identification and any additional data required for the Prize fulfilment. Failure to respond within 48 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit. In this instance, another winner may be chosen to receive the Prize.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner from the competition. In this instance, another winner may be chosen to receive the Prize.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

“5 IN A ROW” SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

22. During the Live Streams, several items will be seen floating in the stream: a garden gate, a boomfox, disco ducks and other Foxy items. To participate in the "5 In A Row” game, participants will have to spot the same Foxy item floating down the stream five (5) times in a row and comment in the Live Chat.
23. On Monday 30.10.23 three (3) winners will be selected via prize draw, among all participants who have commented with the correct answer.
24. After the prize draw, winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram, and will be advised of their prize, which will be either a Boomfox, a Velour Tracksuit or a Garden Gate. Fulfilment of prizes will be arranged by a third-party provider.
25. Maximum one prize per participant.
26. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

“BINGO CALLOUTS” SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

27. During the Live Streams a variety of items representing bingo calls will be floating down the stream. To participate in the “Bingo Callouts” game, participants s will have to spot the bingo call item and comment in the Live Chat with the correct number corresponding to that bingo call.
28. For every correct answer submitted, participants will receive an entry to a prize draw taking place on Monday 30.10.23 where three (3) winners will be selected.
29. After the prize draw, winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram, and will be advised of their prize, which will either be a Christmas Cake, a Foxy Manicure or a Washing Machine. Fulfilment of prizes will be arranged by a third-party provider.
30. Maximum one prize per participant.
31. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

“GUESS WHERE” SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

32. During the Live streams four (4) separate items will be floating down the stream, each item representing something that will give the participant a clue as to where the stream is located. To participate in the “Guess Where” game, participants must comment in the Live Chat with their location guess.
33. On Monday 30.10.23 one (1) winner will be selected via prize draw, among all participants who have commented with the correct location.
34. After the prize draw, the winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and will be advised of their prize which will consist of a spa treatment in Buckingham for one person. A third-party provider will arrange the fulfilment of the prize, including travel arrangements.
35. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

USE OF INFORMATION

36. The Bingo Chat Names and/or first names of the prize draw winners may be published on the Promoter’s Website and/or social media channels.
37. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
38. Should a prize draw winner not want to have their Bingo Chat Name and/or first names published on the Promoter’s website or made available to the public across social media channels, the prize draw winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
39. The winners’ data shall be shared with a third-party provider for Promotion administration purposes. The processing of personal data from the third-party provider shall be governed by their Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
40. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or third-party provider) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
41. Participants can exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) by contacting dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.

*Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws.

GENERAL

42. The Promoter of this competition is LC International Limited whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to this competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
44. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other Social Network.
45. Where the Promoter suspects that any participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that individual from the competition, and/or suspend the competition pending further investigation.
46. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
